Can I buy online and pick up at the store?
Yes. Absolutely. Once you have paid for your purchase, simply call our store immediately at 817-731-0086, and let us know you will be coming by to pick up your purchase. We will hold it for you until you arrive. Leave a message if there is no answer, and we'll take care of your request. You may also enter a note for us in the "Notes" field during online checkout to tell us that you'll be dropping by. We'll refund your shipping charges when you you pick up your item.

Can I make a special request for items in a size you don't have listed?
Yes. There's no guarantee that we'll be able to get the item you want, but we'll be happy to try. Just call or email us with the item you want and its size. Include your name, phone number, and/or email address and we will contact you if we can acquire the item.

Can I return an item I have purchased?
Mitzi's Clothes Outlet will accept returns for an in-store, store credit or a full refund, if the item has been returned within 2 weeks of the purchase date and is in perfect condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning the item to Mitzi's physical store location.

Can I ship an order to someone else?
Yes. During checkout, on the "Shipping Information" page, simply enter the name and address of the person you want to receive the item. We will ship your purchase to that recipient. However, make sure to enter your own email address so that you'll receive an order confimation email and the recipient won't see how much you paid for the purchase.

Can I have something gift-wrapped?
Yes. Gift-wrapping is a free service we offer. During checkout, on the "Shipping Information" page, simply request gift-wrapping in the "Notes" field. If you wish to include a special message, such as, "Happy Birthday Jane!", enter your special message in the "Notes" field as well.

What types of payment do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks, or you may use Google Checkout. PayPal & Google Checkout orders will be shipped immediately. Orders placed with Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks will not be shipped until we receive payment via the mail. Send mail payments to: Mitzi's Clothes Outlet, 3710 W. Why don't you have Apparel for sale on your web site?
1. Most people prefer to try on clothing before a purchase. 2. We acquire designer apparel from our suppliers in an "off price" manner and offer it to our customers at low prices. In order for us to continue offering such great deals on our merchandise, we have agreed not to advertise our apparel or mention the brand names that we sell.

Do you offer Layaway?
Yes, we do offer layaway, but only for purchases made in our store. You must put 1/3 down, and you have 90 days to complete payment.
